Michael Loeb is a serial entrepreneur and the founder of Loeb.nyc, a venture collective with a current portfolio of +20 home-grown start-ups, plus direct investments. A new model for start-ups, Loeb.nyc pairs world class executional talent with passionate founders to significantly de-risk new ventures.

Michael's first start up was Synapse, which he bootstrapped and sold to Time Warner 9 years after its founding. During this time, his Synapse partner, Jay Walker, conceived of Priceline.com, which was incubated and financed by Synapse up until its 1999 public offering.
